configuritation of 2 isp connection

Hello all,

I am using two ISP connection in wan 1 and wan 2

Current configuration:

Policy:

internal->Wan1->all->all

internal->Wan2->all->all

Routing:

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 -> GTW 10.1.1.2 -> wan2 Distance 10, priority 0

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 -> GTW 192.168.2.1 -> wan1 Distance 10, priority 0

This applied  ECMP so, few of my client getting wan1 connection and few getting from wan 2

I am using few site to site connection to azure network So,

I want to configure wan 1 only for site to site connection and wan 2 for all other purpose 

please let me know how to configure policy and routing with if any distance and priority required
