Configure user ID to display logs on Fortigate when integrating with AD

I have a problem with get Log Access not getting name in UserID column when I integrate Authen (LDAP) with AD

HI,

Are your logs hitting the correct firewall policy? Have you added users to the policy?

Can you check if your users are showing in the FortiGate dashboard are they authenticated?

I did it but the problem is that the Fortigate log shows the user name but not the Fortimanager log.
