Configuration and Installation Status widget missing from managed device dashboard

I have a FortiManager managing 60C's and 60D's both running firmware version 5.0.11 and 4.0MR3 Patch 18.  On the 60C's no matter what version of F/W they are running I cannot see the Configuration and Installation Status widget on the dashboard for that particular device.  I can see it fine on the 60D's.  Has anyone ran into this before?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe too simple, but does it work with a different browser or after you have cleaned your browser cache?

Tried that, it didn't work.  Thanks for the input though.

what is the FMG version? we may need FMG db config to investigate the issue

 

if you can provide a FMG db, you can open a ticket and upload your config. send me a message for the ticket ID, I will follow up your case
