Computer going to recovery mode after installing Forticlient

Hi

I am having issues with one of our client. After installing forticlient, the moment we restart it, it will go to Blue screen and then to recovery mode. The only way to login into the system is to restore to previous date. We tried installing Forticlient on 3 systems and its happening exactly same on all computers
