Command "diagnose fdsm cfg-download"

Hello guys,

I'm studying the CLI commands and i came accross this command: diagnose fdsm cfg-download script 1.

I think this should download the configuration, in script format, to my machine, but im getting a "time out" error.

How should i use it?
