Collect Email option not available on captive portal

Hi,

Collect email option not available on captive portal for WiFi.

Using 100D on 5.6.4 to manage FortiAP 321c. 

Sure i'm doing something wrong but cannot find much info on the knowledge base.

Any help is much appreciated.
