cloud based VOIP system and policies

we are switching to a cloud \hosted voip solution.

looking at what the phones require on network side, there are 40 or so random IP addresses, and various ports that the phones need access to.

what is the simplest way to set this up?  create an internet policy with all the ip addresses?

is there a better way?
