Clients not available under WiFi Monitoring in Fortiportal

I have a Fortigate being managed by a Fortiportal.
The WiFi clients show in the Fortigate and the Fortiswitch monitoring in the Fortiportal but donot show up in the WiFi monitoring section of the Fortiportal.

Is there a service that I need start or enable for this to work.

What's the FortiPortal version?

Meantime, ensure the FortiAP has being checked/selected under Customer/Organization -> Sites -> Managed FortiAP. 

Also, may consider to re-poll FMG, and re-select the managed FortiAP under Organization -> sites
