Clients Disconnection Issue

I am using FortiGate 60E (FortiOS v5.6.7 build1653 (GA))

and FortiAP U421EV (PU421E-v5.4-build0065)

i have client get disconnected frequently, attach is the log file. can help me understand the logs.
