client to site VPN . forti client cant ping remote network

greetings,

                  i have successfully establish vpn connectivity with remote site. foritclient is connected. but i cant ping remote side internal lan network. in forticlient there is receive bytes.   any one can help me ? im stuck. tried many times but failed.
