Citrix bookmark in SSL web portal

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Citrix bookmark in SSL web portal and it fails by: "Unable to launch Citrix. Plugin is not supported in your browser." I have tried with Edge, Explorer and Chrome with the Citrix workspace plugin installed, and I get the same message. Do you know what should I do to make this god-damned thing work?

Hello,

Currently, Citrix over HTML5 is not supported with SSLVPN web-mode and the only way to make it work is using Tunnel-mode SSLVPN.

Internal ticket 0609136 is created to address the issue, but there are no plans right now to fix the issue/support Citrix over HTML5 with SSLVPN webmode.
