Cisco Easy VPN

I doubt this is possible, but can a Fortigate connect to a Cisco endpoint configured for Easy VPN? I currently have a client with an EOL Cisco router doing this to one of their vendors and they are telling me they only support Cisco Easy VPN and wont setup a normal IPSEC tunnel for us. Thanks.

I want to say no. A fortinet doesn' t have the option to act like a vpnclient ( client mode ), which is what the cisco easy vpn is all about You might want to check with FortinetSupport for definition. So why won' t the vendor establish legacy ipsec configuration? Some how I think they don' t know or care, or maybe they want to control or build around an username/password mentality.

Thats what I figured. Support just said " probably not" . The vendor is lazy and wont go outside of their " norm" .
