I have an E350GX and I wanted to see if anyone can tell me how to change the SSL certificate used by the UI. I' ve checked the Admin Guide and nothing jumped out at me, so I figured I would bring it to the forums. Thanks in advance!

The certificate used by the web interface can be selected using the CLI:-
config system global set admin-server-cert <certname> end
Certificates can be imported using the " Certificates" page on the FortiGate UI.

Pretty sure that won' t work for me. eqcli > config system global eqcli(ERROR): 12000158: Syntax error: ' config' is not a valid keyword in this context. This is for a Coyote Point E350GX with EQ/OS 10.3.0f. Thanks!

I misread your question as a FortiGate question. You can disregard that answer.

In case anyone is curious, it is currently not possible to do this on the Equalizers. This was from a response given by tech support. They mention possibly 1st quarter of next year, but I would simply wait to look at change logs for updates.

It is now possible to change this.  I'm not sure which revision it change in, but as of 10.3.2c, it can be changed.
