Certification Warning with new tab

Hi I hace a curious case, 

A have a web filter that block the access to msn.com by URL Filter, but when the user try to open a new tab thebrowser is configured to show news by msn by in this way it show me a certification error.

I don´t know why in this redirecting it show me taht erro.
