Certification Appears To Be Gone

If you completed the NSE certification a few years ago, I would not assume that the certification itself has been removed simply because it is no longer visible in your current profile.

Fortinet has made several changes to the NSE Certification Program and the associated certification levels over the past few years, so older certifications may not necessarily appear in the same place or in the same format as they did previously.

I would recommend first checking the Achievements/Certification section of the Fortinet Training Institute account using the same email/account with which the certification was originally earned.

If the certification is still missing, the best next step would be to contact the Fortinet Training Help Desk so they can verify your historical certification record and account association:

I would include the approximate date you completed the NSE certification and, if available, the original certificate or exam information when opening the request.
