Captive portal issue on Android devices | Fortigate 30d &

Hi there,

We have a Captive portal issue with Fortigate 30D & Fortigate 100F in a few sites using the following hardware

(Fortigate --> Aruba Switch --- > Aruba AP or Fortigate ---> Dlink Switch ---> Unifi UAP AC LR)

The problem is that the Captive Portal comes blank (or loading extremely slow) only on Android devices.

While on iOS, Macbook, and Windows captive portal works perfectly.

We really stuck with this issue and what might be the reason for such behavior.

Both Fortigates are configured by default without implementation of special commands in:

[ul]

IPv4 Policy

Services

Traffic Shapers

Security Profiles are switched-off on Interfaces [/ul]
