Captive portal Issue

We have configured the captive portal for user authentication, also use CA certificate and authentication redirection to FQDN.

while accessing any website, as per working nature it redirect to captive portal however not loading captive portal page where user can add credentials and access internet.

We have tried import same certificate on user machine however facing same issue.

Please help
