Captive portail disconnect

Hi,

I have guest users connected from captive portail login and password for exemple user with id and password that expire in 15 days. When the user connect and then go out far from the wifi (out from the hotel ) and come back they must connect again (rewtite the id and password) . Is it possible to make them connect automatically when they come back to the hotel (in the same period of 15 days ) ?

That's not possible using only Fortigate, you need an external radius server and MAC authentication. In that way the MAC address will be remembered for a specific time (15 days) and bypass the portal login.
