Cant register the Fortigate device

Hi, guys,

The Fortigate device has multi network links, and the default route does not point to WAN links, hence I need configure Fortiguard servers/service manually through the WAN links.

And now the Fortigate device register form can not be completed as the attached, the "organization" part of the register form can not be allowed filling, any problem and any recommendation ?
