Cant connect to IPSEC VPN

When I tried to connect to my IPSEC VPN, an error " time out connecting to its wan"

what should I do?

Are you able to reach VPN gateway from the endpoint experiencing the issue? The error seems to be hinting that the endpoint may not have network connectivity to the VPN server.
