Cant access Local WIFI Radio tab Fortiwifi 60D POE

Hi I'm running Fortiwifi 60D POE on 5.4 and I can't access the "Local WIFI Radio" tab.

The page starts to build but then flips me to the "Managed Fortiap's" tab regardless of if I have one configured or not.

Does this unit have the ability to do any Spectrum analysis? I thought I read that it could
