Cannot use Line Applictaion Free call with Fortigate 100D

Hi,

I try to allow Line application free call through our Fortigate 100D (Firmware 5.0)

currently I'm enable function of Web filtering, Application control and IPS

I think Line free call use UDP port 10000 - 60000 for making call, I already capture packet at Internal interface of Firewall, which it already arrive at Internal interface

could you guys help suggest what should I do next to make this happen ?
