Hello,

Could you please elaborate the version of FortiOS and the way FortiGate VM was deployed in AliCloud environment and license type (PAYG or BYOL)?

I am having the same issue - BYOL, FGT_VM64_ALI-v7.6.6.M-build3652
The VM was deployed in proxmox.

Why would you deploy an Alibaba cloud image in Proxmox?

The default password for an Alibaba cloud image would be the instance ID which might be tricky if you deploy it in something else then the intended cloud environment.
