Cannot download App from Play store /Apple store

Hi there, Recently i see that, i cannot download any apps from Android Play store and Iphone Apple Store. I did not setup any settings for blocking Play store.   I am using FortiGate 60E.  Please help.... I attached an image,pls watch... may be due to this problem... i am not sure...

    I have faced this problem too. While figuring out ways to solve it i discovered that this could happen due to two possible reasons i.e.

    1. Insufficient memory

    2. Already existing queue for downloads.

     

    You can consider to delete useless data and login into your router from your device and also check out the download queue in the playstore menu to make sure that you have enough room for the new downloads.
