Cannot connect to VPN using forticlient

THi,

I'm having trouble connecting VPN using forticlient, it keeps having error Credential or SSLVPN configuration is wrong (-7200) or Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreacheable (-8).

I tried deleting the user and create it again.

Can anyone help me?

In another laptop there's no problem, but in some laptops have that issues.

What is the forticlient version and firmware version?

Please collect the sslvpn debug logs and check for the error.
