Cannot Backup Databased FortiEMS

Hi everyone i will try to backup FortiEMS database via GUI, but error. how is the solution? have you ever experienced it?

you can maybe found the solution in the below document:

Select the version you are using.

If you are using an old version, you can update your device, it can help.
