cannot access some website through fortigate unit

Hello All,

I am running FG200D (5.2.10)

we are facing issue , we are not able to access some website through fortigate unit i got the following message in web browser "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

I had exempted this sites in the "web profile" and ssl inspection, but the problem still persist.

Note : when assign Google DNS(8.8.8.8) to the "NIC" I can access site.

please advise me accordingly.

Hello CAD,

Are you using an internal DNS server? Can you send me your configuration file and a packet capture? You can PM me the files. Please let me know which policy ID are you using too. Thanks.
