can you setup multiple VPN client profile types access on the same wan interface

for example a FortiClient profile and a windows profile on the same WAN IP.

there is a Forti client profile already set, the issue being there is a client with a win 11 surface pro arm64 snapdragon and the forti client will not install
so looking to setup a second dial in vpn for native windows VPN client
