Can VPN SSL operations be altered with expired licence on a Fortigate?

Hello, We use and old Fortinet Firewall; a fortigate 200B. I've some problems to make VPN SSL connexions. I can connect to the Web VPN SSL portal. But the bookmarks I've tried to create does not work. Blank screen for a RDP connection. And the IP V4 rules seems ok. Couldn't the fact that the license has expired be the explanation? Thanks for your help. J.

    The VPN functionality should function fine without a license, I have a few in old models in a lab and VPN works fine without licensing.

     

    Black page after login... could be incompatible browser issues, or a bug in the firmware version,what version is that Fortigate on?
