Can't update AV, IPS and app control license

Hi to all,

 

Good day!

I'm having a hard time updating my license for AV, IPS and app control. It just happen when I upgrade my firmware from 5.0 to 5.2.3. Only the web filtering and email filtering is checked in fortiguard under license information of the dashboard. Please see attached screenshot. I run the command "execute update-now" which I usually use to update it but for now it doesn't work. Also, my one year subscription is not yet expired. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you!

    Switch system DNS to FortiGuard Servers temporarily and repeat update.

    I already tried that but it seems that it doesn't work. Or should I wait a little longer to take effect, while in fortiguard dns server??

    Login to the Fortinet portal and check if you can upload the licenses there. Then they (might) get in sync with the device(s)
