Can't Move User Account To Another Folder

Hi Guys

 

I've a problem.

I want to move the user "NBHOITDCN04" to another folder, but why is there not "move to" in the toolbar ?

The attached image.

No you shouldn't move that folder itself. However, you can go into properties of the subfolders, e.g. Downloads, and change where it stores that data to another drive. You will have to manually move everything currently in that folder though.
