Can't Login with Two Factor Authentication Token on Foritgate50e

Hello all,

We're running FortiGate 50e firewall appliance and today we configured 2FA and I saved the displayed token on a separate text file and confirmed it with my email. While logging in, I supplied the credentials along with the token but it did not work so I am locked out of the firewall now.

Is there any way to gain access back other than factory reset? resetting is not an option for us since there're many configs.
