Can't deploy FortiAP to FortiCloud

Edit: Looks like it was an issue on FortiCloud, because it started working again yesterday. 

 

We have some AP's that are tied to a single user's FortiCloud account.

I'm moving them to a shared login account.

I've removed them from the old account and have tried to deploy them to the new shared account without any luck.

 

If trying to Deploy through the FortiAP Network, I get the following error on the final step to deploy: "500 the call failed on the server; see server log for details"

 

If I try to deploy them from the AP Inventory page to my AP Network I get: "Access Denied"

 

I've opened Ticket# 4384730, tried a bunch of things and still haven't been able to get them added back in FortiCloud account.

  • I've factory reset the AP's multiple times
  • Tried putting the FortiAP Cloud account directly in the AP's
  • Using Google DNS on the AP's.
  • Put test policy on the Firewall to allow all outgoing traffic from the AP's[/ol]

    Thoughts/recommendations?
