Can't connect to internet when changing network or vlan

hello all,

i have configured FSSO collector agent-based polling mode between Fortigate and the Active Directory. we have one DNS server to resolve machine's addresses through DHCP which is integrated to the domain. So the problem appear when switch between to networks(change address), then you can't access internet.

if anyone have something please to help.
