Can't access one external site while VPN on

HI, we have a FortiGate 900D. While user is connected with VPN through forticlient can't access a external website. User can access all other website. I have totally zero clue what i need to check. Please help.

    Split tunnel or no split? I assume split. Then you need to know the website IP address, and check the routing table on the user machine while the tunnel is up, to see if anything is interfering. If still nothing stands out, run wireshark and observe the traffic when the user tries accessing the website.
