Can not access to the download page of windows version

When i go to the download page, and trying to download the windows version of VPN only, but can not access to the page. At the end this message showed out :

Hi Bgin,

 

Silly question but I have to ask you, have you tried to access the FortiClient download page using a different browser?
So you can access the Fortinet support portal without issue but only the download page for forticlient is not working. Have you tried to download any other software, like the FortiOS for example. Does it load?
