Can I use a FortiAP 231F with a FG30E?

Hi,

 

we got 2 new FortiAPs 231F which we would like to use in a small office with a FG30E (version 6.0.14). 

 

I can see them in device inventory and I can ping them, but I dont get anything in Wifi Switch Controller > managed FortiAPs.  Is it possible that they are not compatible?

 

Is there anything I can do?

Most likely version compatibility. I think you will need to upgrade 30E to 6.2 to be able to manage it.
