Can I change severity of a log message?

Hi all,

on Cisco ASA I can change (increase, most often) severity of a log message in order to include it in a log that is only showing higher severity level than message's default.

Can I do this in Fortigate?

In particular, I want to escalate log message 20099, "Interface status changed" from its default "information" severity level to "warning" which is what my config log memory filter's severity is set to.
