Calling in to Intercom System

Does anyone have experience hooking up a Fortivoice system to an Rauland TCU intercom system? At all of our other locations our users are able to any phone by dialing an extension number to call in to the intercom system then on to the zone. We only have one site that has a Rauland system and can not get it to work. We just get a busy signal.
