C# Implementation of FortiToken Web Auth Two Factor

Good afternoon,

We have a web front end to access some systems and would like to leverage our FortiToken environment for two factor authentication.  We had thought this would be easy as there were templates for Microsoft OWA, but apparently these do not translate to the Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Web Portal.  

I have the API document and I know some C#, but I am looking for extra help.
