Byte value in the IPV4 'Policy' window is not increasing

Hello

I have a 30D firewall.  I have set logging to full but unfortunately the counter for the bytes going through each policy is not increasing.  I have turned on the 'last accessed' column in the policy window and my policies are being processed but the byte value is not increasing.

Is there a way i can sort this out?
