BSOD On Win7 64 Bit Upon Install of Forticlient

I ordered Lenovo T450's and T550's for the management at my company.  Forticlient installed fine on the T450's but the T550 Blue screens when i reboot after the forticlient install.  I have crashdumps if that will help.

    Same problem, different hardware - Toshiba Portege z30-a.

    Forticlient installs fine but we get a BSOD upon rebooting.

    Win 7 x64.

    We have updated drivers, uninstalled  AV software.

    Works fine on other Toshiba models.

    Same problem here on at Lenovo T550 and a Panasonic CF-54.

    FortiClient 5.4.0 driver files are signed using a SHA-2 certificate. Please check to see if the Windows 7 computer has the following Microsoft Windows Update installed:
