Bridge for some VLAN but routing on others

Hello, I'm looking for configure Fortigate in bridge mode (Transparent) but I also need to route some VLAN to others VLAN.

 

Is there a way to do this ?

    No , your either L2 ( bridge ) or L3  ( routed ) , you could setup a  2nd vdom as  a L3 firewall/vpn roll but why do you need to do the both? I would review my network design and topology
