Hi everyone! I'm working in IT company, we just received 2 Forti Authenticator 300F, we performed an update of the firmware on both, the first one we managed to get it updated. tho the second one we are having trouble with it.. We putted in the new firmware / reset it and still having issue with it.It's seems like there is an issue with the database or something.We've tested with the TFTP server and we still have the problem.

Dear AliE,

I have checked through reported issues, and found one instance of this behavior mentioned. In that case, they were able to recover by formatting and installing 6.0.7, and then going from there. There are some significant changes 6.0.7 introduces to the underlying OS that higher versions might not include.
