Blocked Web Site Adress

Hello,

When I try to access the following website address https://alcservis.com/, I am blocked by Fortigate firewall because it is under the "Phishing" category. Why is this website address blocked under the Phishing category? This website belongs to a company we work with. I can access this website without any problems via mobile internet access or internet access that does not have FortiGuard service.

I think the website address https://alcservis.com/ should be removed from the Fortigate Phishing category.

I would like your help in accessing this address.

You can request that website to be re-classified on https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit

You can exempt it from Web Filter by following this article: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Using-a-static-URL-filter-feature-to-allow-block/ta-p/193086

I would go to check it here first then click "Request a Review" link, which lead you to the claim form page @hbac posted the direct link.
Last time when I did, it took just a couple of hours to be corrected. Somebody else might have complained before me though.
