Blocked because of IPS attack.

Hi! I have set the firewall to block ip address when there is a IPS attack. This morning the IPS was triggered. And one of our server is block to access internet. I have try to remove the IPS on profile, but it didn' t works. I have also try to uncheck the IPS on firewall profile, but also failed. I was create a new policy for the same server, and put it on top, it didn;t success also. Pls help!
