Block Windows XP Traffic - FortiManager Policy

Hi,

I wish to block some Windows XP clients by using the custom application signature found on in the Fortinet Cookbook (Windows.NT5.Web.Surfing).

The device is managed by Fortimanager, and I am unable to find how to create a custom application signature in the console. Can someone help?
