Block mails from special domain

Hi, i have exchange 2010 server, which incoming SMTP mails are filtering by   Anti-Spam on my fortigate 100d. I want to block all mail from domain  qq.com. I enabled Black White List and add Regex on screenshot. Is it right decision?
