Block internet in ipsec vpn

How can i block internet access when remote users connect to fgt with foriclient vpn app?

It depends. If you have split tunneling enabled, Internet traffic will not go through the FortiGate. Please refer to https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Enable-split-tunnel-For-IPsec-VPN/ta-p/192266

If split tunneling is disabled, Internet traffic will go through the FortiGate and you can use firewall policy to block it.
