++ Backup Client over SSL VPN ++

Hello. we are using a 100d and the field crew is working over ssl vpn. Now we are thinking about backing up the clients over ssl vpn as well. Unfortunately it's not possible to get this running. Client update of the backup software (acronis) is not working but the client is shown as online in the managemnt console. Is there a principle thing I do not hink about? The access of c$ is not possible as well.

    This issues is solved. We setup a our own cloud and important files are saved and stored in it.

    Hi, do you have the correct Policy from network where is the server back to SSL VPN? We also back up Acronis in this way and everything works.

    So you’re backing up to a local Acronis server on your Lan that you manage, not a cloud backup? If a cloud backup then you’ll need some other rules. Also, which version of Acronis? True Image 2019 does a few things differently.
